The proposed development will connect to existing engineering services and on-site utilities, access roads, hotel amenities, etc at Moyvalley Hotel & Golf Resort. An environmental impact assessment report and a natural impact statement have been prepared in respect of the proposed development

The construction of a single storey side (west) and rear (south) extension to accommodate a master en-suite bedroom and an extended kitchen/dining/living space, plus all associated site works
