Site planning risk brief

The development will consist of a new single storey, flat-roofed extension with 1 no. roof light to connect from the existing single storey pitched dwelling to a newly proposed pitched roof extension. This will include demolition of a flat roof existing porch and forming a new opening in an existing window to the existing property. The extension will house an entrance lobby (flat roof connector), a kitchen, dining area and living room (new pitched roof section). Ground works to include creating a new gate to the side of the property away from the corner and associated groundworks for drainge and a new septic tank

The installation of a replacement wastewater treatment system and polishing filter area including all associated site development works

Retention & Planning Permission: Retention Permission for: 1) a detached domestic store and utility room, 2) all ancillary site works. Planning Permission for: 1) to construct a part single, part two storied extension to the south side of the existing two storied dwelling, 2) to carry out alterations to the existing dwelling, 3) all ancillary site works.

The development will consist of 1) Demolition of rear extension to the existing dwelling, 2) Renovate existing dwelling & construct new rear single storey extension, 3) Decommission existing septic tank system & install new waste water treatment system and percolation area, and 4) All ancillary site development works.
