The retention relates to the use of an insulated metal cladding to the rear and side of the constructed rear extension in place of a painted render finish as previously granted under Planning Ref: 22/1706 at “Centra”, Units 1-5, Delvin Centre, Main Street, Stamullen, Co. Meath, K32 X431.
