The proposed construction of 3 no. light industrial units, car parking, proposed foul sewer connection into an existing wastewater treatment system with polishing filter which was installed/upgraded under planning permission reference number PL 04/933, extension of duration of planning permission reference numbers PL10/66 & PL 13/177, which services Johnston Business Park and all ancillary site works

The proposed redesign of the previously permitted 3 no. light industrial units granted planning permission under Planning Reference Number PL22/173 to include a reduction in the floor areas of same together with the addition of a 4th adjoining unit to same and all associated site works

The proposed construction of extensions to existing 2 no. industrial unit buildings i.e. units no.’s 01 & 02 and all ancillary works

An extension to existing industrial units building to incorporate 4 No. individual units, proposed connections to the existing services onsite, proposed yard surfacing works and all ancillary works

Proposed single storey extension to the front and side of existing light industrial unit to included amendments to relevant elevations and all ancillary site works

The following works to the existing motor sales and service facility: a) the removal of all existing Toyota signage (4 no.) and replacement with 7 new internally illuminated signs comprising 3 freestanding signs and 4 building mounted signs b) all associated site works
