Retention permission for the existing extension to the southwest of to the existing house, consisting of a living area and dining room (46.3sqm). Retention permission is also sought for the extension to the Northwest elevation (56.8sqm) consisting of 2no. bedrooms, a den and a bathroom. Permission is also sought to decommission the existing septic tank and percolation area and install a new septic tank & percolation area and all associated site works

Construction of a single dwelling house with domestic garage, vehicle access, effluent treatment system, associated site works & services

To construct a bungalow type dwelling and domestic garage. Permission is also sought to construct a new site entrance, to install a secondary wastewater treatment system with associated raised soil polishing filter together with all associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement has been submitted with this planning application.
