Of an extension to an existing one-storey 4 bedroom house by an attic conversion and provision of 2 no. dormer windows to the north-east facing side of the existing dwelling and 1 no. additional window to the north-west facing side, comprising of 2 no. additional bedrooms with respective associated wardrobe space and 1 no. bathroom, together with all associated internal and external alterations. Permission is also sought to retain 2 no. additional rooflights installed to the south-west facing side of the building, as well as 1 no. additional rooflight installed to the north-east side of the building, together with all associated site works as indicated in the drawings and specifications attached to this application, which were carried out
