For the extension of an existing quarry to facilitate the extraction of sand and gravel and all associated site works. the proposed quarry extension is located on lands to the west of the existing quarry and the additional extraction area amounts to an area of approximately 2.7 hectares (extractable area -2.6 ha)The duration of the planning permission sought coincides with the expiry of the extant quarry planning permission(APB.07.QD0016) 63M to which the proposed development is ancillary. The upgrade of 112m of existing access track. the provision of 63m of new access track with ancillary passing bay area. The planning application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement.

For a temporary retention planning permission for a period up to 6th November 2026. Retention planning permission is sought for the following: - Maintenance Shed (including welfare and storage areas) (Gross Floor Area: 471. 5 sqm) - Wastewater Holding Tank. - 2 no. Stormwater/Rainwater Harversting Tanks. The duration of the temporary retention permission sought coincides with the expiry of the extant quarry planning permission (ABP-07.QD0016) to which the development to be retained is ancillary.

For retention of the following: - Maintenance Shed (including welfare and storage areas) (Gross Floor Area: 471.5sqm) - Wastewater Holding Tank - 2 no. Stormwater/Rainwater Harvesting Tanks. Planning Permission is sought for the following: - Wastewater Treatment System including polishing filter and percolation area. Gross floor space of work to be retained: 471.5 Sqm
