Planning is sought for (1) retention for change of use of first floor storage room granted permission under NA70261 to a Montessori School classroom (2) retention of school operating hours and child numbers attending the service (3) Permission is sought to provide a new vehicular access point to the Montessori school from the public road (4) Permission is sought to upgrade the existing wastewater treatment system and percolation area (5) Permission is sought for change of layout of the existing ground floor classroom granted permission under NA70261 and for permission for a single story extension to the existing Montessori School with revised child numbers attending the service

Permission is sought to amend the previously approved planning application ref. no. 24/60933 to include (a) Replacement of tennis court no. 1 located on the west side of the site with 3 no. padel courts, each measuring 10x20m, enclosed by 3m high glazed panels topped with 1m high metal mesh panels, all supported by steel posts, (b) revise dimensions to the tennis court no. 2 located on the east side of the site, (c) installation of 4 no. 6m high steel lighting columns to each proposed padel court, each column fitted with 2 no. metal LED floodlights, (d) provision of 2 no. additional car parking spaces, together with all associated site works

Permission is sought for cut/fill groundworks associated with the laying out and use of land to (a) restore 2 no. tennis court of 18.2x36.5m each, including surround netting stretched between steel posts of approx. 2.7m high, (b) construction a single-storey clubhouse of approx. 106.5sq m including PV solar panels over roof, (c) erection of 7 no. 12m high steel columns, each fitted with 1 no. metal LED floodlights, (d) new car parking area to accommodate 11 no. parking places including bicycle parking area, (d) upgrade existing site entrance from public road, (e) installation of new wastewater treatment system and percolation area, together with all associated site works

Constructing a 2 storey 4 bedroom dwelling, domestic garage, new entrance & new sewage treatment system with percolation area also the existing hedge to be removed to create a proper site entrance with unobstructed sightlines and all ancillary site works. ( Note: the proposed new entrance enters the townlands of Kilberry and Rathcoon).
