Permission for a Large-Scale Residential Development - Permission for the following Large Scale Residential Development (LRD) comprising modifications to part of the Large-Scale Residential Development permitted under Meath County Council Ref. No. 23/930 (ABP Ref No. 318678). The proposed modifications consist of the change of use of the permitted Medical Centre to a Creche and all associated ancillary development works including signage and bin storage at Friarspark 2nd Division & Maudlin (townlands), Effernock, Trim, Co.
