To build 40 detached, two storey and single storey, semi detached and terraced houses, together with all associated site development works, including entrance from the adjoining public road and also the installation of all necessary services installations, including connection of foul and storm to existing public main on public road adjoining and connection from existing watermain on existing public road adjoining. All on their site

For partial change of use on part of the ground floor from existing public house to off-license including internal modifications and all associated site works

To construct a dormer dwelling and associated works

For a change of use of existing disused single story retail unit to a fast food takeaway. This building is a Protected Structure - NIAH Reg No 12329003
