Site planning risk brief

(a) Construction of 2no. extension to existing straw storage shed (b) Construction of agricultural shed to include milking parlour, dairy, assembly yard, straw bedding area and underground slatted tank (c) Construction of calf rearing shed (d) Erection of 2no. meal bins, water storage tank & external milk storage tank and all associated site works

The development will consist of (a) extension to existing shed which will include a roofed cubicle and feed area with an underground slatted tank (b) extension to existing shed which will include a roofed feed area (c) over ground slurry storage silo with adjacent underground reception tank and all associated site works

(1) Construction of an agricultural shed to incorporate machinery and general storage areas, bedded area, slatted area and underground slurry storage tanks and adjacent walled manure storage pit with associated concrete aprons, (2) Installation of effluent collect tank, (3) Infill of existing low lying portion of lands to allow construction of yard area, berm and bund area, (4) Completion of all ancillary site works and associated site structures together with retention of (a) alterations and amendments made to elevations and floor plan of overground slurry storage tank, (b) revised on site position of same tank all from that previously granted under planning reference AA171531

The development will consist of: (a) 108 No. solar panels totaling 40KWp on existing roof space of calf shed (b) 162 No. solar panels totaling 60KWp on roof space of milling parlour granted under Planning Ref: AA191497 and yet to be completed and all associated works and site works

New farm entrance and roadway to existing farm yard, construct 3 no. 2 bed seasonal accommodation units for farm labourers with access to same from new internal farm roadway. The development also includes installation of a proprietary waste water treatment system and polishing filter together with all associated site works

The development will consist of planning permission for (a) 3 no. 2 bed seasonal accommodation units for farm labourers. (b) De-commissioning and removal of 3 no. existing mobile homes on site. (c) De-commissioning of existing waste water treatment system and percolation area and install new proprietary waste water treatment system and polishing filter. The development also includes retention permission for 3 no. 2 no. bed seasonal accommodation units for farm labourers previously granted permission under planning reference no AA181499 which has elapsed. Access to the development will be via existing farm entrance and roadway together with all associated site works
