Development at Herd's Cottage, Hilltown Great, Bellewstown, Co. Meath which is a protected structure ref no. MH027-302 (NIAH ref. no. 1430012). The development will consist of the following: 1. Proposed new first floor (storey and a half height) extension over existing garage outbuilding and conversion of garage outbuilding to utility to rear of existing dwelling 2. Proposed new den/office extension to existing outbuildings to rear of existing dwelling. All extension and conversion work will be within the footprint of original/ former buildings 3. Conversion of existing rear store and part of cobble courtyard to new dining/living area to rear of existing dwelling 4. Proposed translucent canopy roof over remaining cobble courtyard 5. The development consists of changes to approved planning application ref AA/200460 namely the demolition of an existing single storey rear extension and the construction of a 2 storey rear and side extension including new wastewater treatment plant and percolation area to include all associated site works. The development will have an impact on a Protected Structure under reference 91033 in the Meath County Development Plan 2021-2027

Development will consist of change of house type design for granted planning permission Ref. No. AA/191832 and all associated site works

The development consists of the retention of an existing storage container, Full Planning Permission sought for the demolition of existing dressing rooms and construction of new dressing rooms & community room, new wastewater treatment system and percolation area, and all ancillary site development works

The installation of proposed new low level lighting bollards along the existing walking/ambulance track along the perimeter of the racecourse and all associated site works
