Extensions and alterations to existing offices. The development will consist of (1) demoliton of existing 2 storey office block, (2) demolition of existing single storey office block, (3) erection of 2 storey office block extension to side of existing structure, (4) erection of single storey office block to front of existing structure, (5) amendments and alterations to existing floor plans and elevations, (6) amendments and alterations to existing roof structure, (7) erection of signage and (8) all ancillary site works

Retention of amendments and alterations to plans and elevations from that previously granted under Planning Ref. No. KA 180263

Retention of amendments and alterations to floor plans and elevations from that previously granted under Planning Ref. No. KA/120549. Full Planning Permission is also sought to demolish existing single storey storage sheds and to construct single storey workshop extension incorporating ESB sub-station to side of existing factory premises and all ancillary site works

The development consist of (a) proposed single storey storage shed with lean-to type roof and (b) all associated site development works

The development consists of retention of amendments and alterations to floor plans and elevations from that previously granted under planning ref. KA191053 and planning ref. KA180262. Full planning permission is also sought to construct single storey extension to front and side of existing workshop area and all ancillary and facilitating site works

Retention permission: (1) Amendments and alterations to elevations and floor plans of existing factory incorporating: (1) a roofed loading area to western side elevation (2) a factory extensions to eastern side and southern rear elevations incorporating production line. Planning permission: (1) Demolish two storey office facility at front of existing factory and build two storey office block incorporating: number of office rooms, a canteen, locker room, toilets, etc. All this connected to the factory building through a single storey link. (2) Demolish partly eastern side of factory and construct extension incorporating production line(3) Construct extension to western side elevation to increase loading area (4) Construct extension to southern elevation to create storage facility (5) Demolish single storey storage shed (6) |Decommission existing septic tank (7) Place new sewage treatment system and percolation area (8) Build new waste transfer building, a Waste facility permit and/or Certificate of Registration will be applied for Separately to Meath County Council (9) Create new rain harvesting and disposal system (10) Place PV panels over factory roof (11) Connect to mains services (12) Upgrade boundary fencing (13) Signage (14) Upgrade parking areas (15) ancillary site works.
