Alterations to previously approved Planning Ref. No. KA/130940 & KA/190266 - works to "McMahons", a protected structure (RPS. Ref. ID. 90186), the proposed works consist of the restoration and alterations of existing two storey building, construct single storey extension to rear of building, the change of use of building to a community facility, cafe & working hub and all associated site works

EXTENSION OF DUARTION OF PLANNING PERMISSION KA130940 - for works within the curtilage of "McMahon's", a Protected Structure Reg. No. MH005-209, the proposed works consist of: a) The restoration of existing two storey Protected Structure (McMahon's), the change of use of building to a commuity facility, replacement/repairs to roof coverings, floors, ceilings, walls, new windows/doors, rainwater goods, reconstruction of partially demolished annex and signage. b) The provision of a public amenity park, pathways, carparking, playground, landscaping, fencing, drainage and landscaping. c) The stabilization of remaining walls of "Barney's Loft" and all associated site works

Retention of the single storey extensions to the eastern and the northern aspects of the existing dwelling along with all associated site works

To retain 2 no. single storey extensions to the side and rear of existing single storey semi detached dwelling, single storey detached shed and associated site works
