Planning permission for development on site previously granted planning permission under planning ref's KA/70710 (PL. 17.227499) and KA/130373 extant). The proposed development will consist of the construction of 80 no. dwelling houses, a creche, entry to public road, open space, playground area, landscaping and all associated site works

Planning permission for development and planning permission for retention of development at Creche, No. 60 Castletown Manor, Athboy, Co. Meath, granted planning permission and constructed under planning ref.’s KA/180815 and 22/327. The proposed development will consist of change of the part-time day care service to full-day care service and extend permitted opening hours from 08:00am – 17:30pm Monday to Friday to 07:30am – 18:00pm Monday to Friday to facilitate the full day care services. The development to be retained consists of revisions and additional stairwell necessitated to comply with Part B (fire) and Part M (accessibility) of the Building Regulations

The proposed development will comprise amendments to the development granted planning permission under ref. KA/180815, consisting of (i) change of (dual frontage) detached house type on site no.'s 1, 7, 9, 72 & 74 and (ii) optional single storey sunroom extension to rear of detached houses on site no.'s 2-6, 8, 62-71, 73 and 75-81

Amendments to parts of the development previously granted planning permission under planning register reference KA/180815 & KA/201635 comprising: (1) relocation of the creche to a new site (site no. 60) immediately to the North-West of the position originally permitted including relocation of dedicated creche car parking; (2) change house types on sites 10-71 from 11 no. four bedroom detached dwelling houses, 20 no. four bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses, 26 no. three bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses and 4 no. two bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses to 15 no. four bedroom detached dwelling houses, 30 no. four bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses, 10 no. three bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses and 6 no. two bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses (3) minor modifications to site layout plan to accommodate revised house types and (4) change boundary treatment along Frayne Road frontage from a wall with infill railing previously permitted to a metal parkland railing and hedgerow planting. The overall number of units permitted under planning register references KA/18015 & KA/201635 (80 no. houses and 1 no. creche) remains the same under this revised proposal
