EXTENSION OF DURATION OF PLANNING PERMISSION KA130301 - a) The renovation of existing Protected Structure (Ref No. MH005-309), demolition of existing lean-to structures, construction of a single storey extension to rear and change of use of the building from residential for use as parish/tourist office. b) the provision of a public amenity park including the formation of a new entrance from public road, pathways, carparking area, drainage landscaping and all associated works within the curtilage of the site. c) The provision of new community facilities including; a childrens playground; Astroturf football pitch and handball alley including fencing, lighting, drainage and all ancillary site works

Existing protected structure ID90231. The proposed development will consist of; Change of use of existing community hall to use as a childcare facility, from Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (the building is to remain in use as a community hall at all other times), together with all ancillary works

The development will consist of permission to replace roof on existing store, insert new double doors from street along with minor elevational changes and all ancillary site works.

The development consists of and will consist of the following: Retention Permission for: (1) The conversion of the rear sheds of the existing surgery at ground floor level for use as treatment rooms, recovery room for small animals and store rooms.
