To construct a storey and a half extension to side of existing dressing rooms to include a community meeting room with toilets & kitchen area and first floor storage space. To construct an all weather synthetic grass pitch together with perimeter fencing, 6no 12m high light columns and all associated site development works on site.

Revisions to the current planning permission granted under Ref. KA/200908 and will include the following: (1) change of house design from a one and half storied to single storied design, (2) minor variations to site layout, (3) and all ancillary site works

The development consists of to construct (1) a bungalow type dwelling house (2) domestic garage and stables building along with a dungstead (3) proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area (4) new site entrance on to Patrickstown Lane to serve the development and to form a pull-in-layby area at the southern end of Patrickstown Lane to facilitate vehicular passing on the lane and (5) all ancillary site works.
