The retention of a revised single-storey extension and associated alterations constructed to the rear of our existing bungalow to the previous approved planning permission Ref. No. KA/161359

The development will consist of an application to construct an extension to the rear (south) and to the side (west) of the existing dwelling house, to decommission the existing septic tank and to construct a new waste water treatment system and percolation area to EPA recommendations, together with all works ancillary to the proposed development

For infilling of lands with material consisting of clean, uncontaminated soil and stones, including article 27 material (by-product), to raise the levels and improve the land for agricultural purposes. permission is also sought for one temporary portable toilet, one wheel wash facility and one temporary onsite portacabin which will serve as an office for the duration of the infilling process. Also, a Certificate of Registration waste permit (up to 25,000 tonnes) will be sought from Meath County Council Environment Section.
