The change of use from a special needs toilet to a resource room, changes to the elevations, ten new staff car parking spaces and drop-off, a single storey extension to the existing staff room, the construction of a two storey addition containing an autistic spectrum disorder classroom base, store and an assisted wc/shower on the ground floor; one classroom, staff toilets, cleaners store and special education teaching room on the first floor, connection to the existing waste water disposal system and all associated site works

Alterations and a single storey extension providing two new classrooms, one store, one multipurpose teaching room, an autistic spectrum disorder classroom base, activity area, para education room, staff toilets, changes to the elevations, as well as a fenced astro-turf playground, fenced grassed playground, changes to the car parking layout, connection to the existing waste water disposal system and all associated site works

The development will consist of minor demolition works to the existing front porch and two small rear sections, minor elevational alterations; a single-storey extension to the rear, internal layout modifications, decommissioning of the existing wastewater treatment system, and installation of a new wastewater treatment system and associated site works.

The development will consist of the following works; a) a flat roof/lean-to extension to the north of existing building b) revised car park layout from that granted under Planning Ref. No. KA170695 c) the provision of a public amenity park including the formation of pathways, drainage, landscaping, lighting and all associated works within the curtilage of the site d) form new pedestrian crossing & pedestrian entrance to amenity park from public road e) the provision of new community facilities including; a children's playground; Astroturf football pitch including fencing, flood lighting, drainage and all ancillary site works. f) replace existing septic and upgrade to a proprietary waste water treatment system and percolation area.
