Planning permission to construct 1 No. Feed Preparation Store, together with all ancillary structures (to include meal storage bins etc.) and associated site works arising from the above development

A bungalow style dwelling, domestic garage, advanced waste water treatment system and percolation area, new entrance walls and piers and all ancillary site development works

The construction of a single-story detached dwelling & single story storage shed to the rear with a proposed secondary treatment system and soil polishing filter also modifications to the existing site entrance onto the public road and all associated site works and landscaping

The development consists to retain alterations to elevations and internal layout to previously approved planning Ref. No. KA/141039, site layout plan and associated site works at Cloghreagh, Drumconrath, Navan, Co. Meath.
