The development will consist of the following: Construction of extensions to existing single storey dwelling, the extent of the works will include the construction of a single storey extension to the rear and a single storey extension of porch to the front of the existing single storey dwelling, modifications of existing window openings to external elevations, internal room layout alterations to existing dwelling, upgrade existing entrance, construct new septic tank and percolation area and all ancillary site development works
