Development will consist of; Permission to demolish a single storey rear extension and replace with a single storey and a storey and a half style extension, both to the rear of existing single storey dwelling. Demolition of existing attached sheds to the side of existing dwelling, also the installation and upgrade of a new waste water treatment system and percolation area, site boundaries and all associated site development works and services
