The development will consist of the erection of a new modular laboratory (345 sq.m) extension of single storey prefabricated construction to the existing Our Lady's Hospital building together with all associated services, site development and landscaping works

The development consists of an extension to the side of the existing clinical waste store with a roof over the existing and proposed structure and a canopy over the access way to the existing corridor together with associated site works and services. The development will consist of a single storey prefabricated extension (102.5sqm) to the existing modular laboratory (365sqm) at Our Lady’s Hospital; to include minor external alterations to the existing modular building and all associated services and site works. The works will comprise of a 61 sq.m extension, consisting of an electrical workshop and a gas store, to the existing maintenance building. Internal Modifications to 3no. rooms and the front elevation of the maintenance building for the proposed electrical upgrade to the hospital campus. The works will also comprise alterations to the previously approved electrical substation. PA Reference 24/60166 & PA Reference 23/634. The individual areas are referred to as sites A, B and C in the application. The proposed building is being reduced in size together with alterations to associated site works. The works will comprise alterations to the previously approved electrical substation (PA Reference 23/634) at Our Lady’s Hospital, Navan, Co. Meath. The proposed building is being reduced in size together with alterations to associated site works. The site is located within the curtilage of a Protected Structure no. A38, No NT 025-167, NIAH Reg.
