The development will consist of the following: The retention of change of use of agricultural premises (granted permission under P77/809) to a mechanical engineering workshop and for retention of all associated structures, which include a portacabin office (Building A), storage/office (Building B), workshop (Building C), storage/workshop (Building D), tent structure-working (Building E), tent structure (Building F), Locker Rooms (Building G) tent structure Building H) as detailed on the proposed site layout plan, The development also includes the dismantling and removal off site of an existing storage/warehouse unit (Unit I), as shown on Drawing No. DRG-NO_QME01A and its replacement with a new permanent storage structure (Builing J) as per DRG-NO_QME01B. The development includes for the decommissioning and removal of the existing wastewater treatment system and the installation of a new wastewater treatment system and all associated site works. Proposed development and for retention permission of development on site. A) Permission is sought to construct a two storey type dwelling, domestic garage, private use four bay stable block with manure dungstead and associated effluent storage tank. Permission is also sought to install a new domestic treatment system and associated polishing filter. B) Permission for commercial retention development consists of an existing shed of 260 sqm and gravel yard used for the storage of touring circus vehicles for two-three months of the year. C) Permission for domestic retention consists of retaining existing site entrance as constructed on site with access drive, for permisison to decommission unauthorised treatment system and percolation area together with removing unauthorised screening fence and to replace with semi-mature screening hedgerow and for all associated site works
