Construction of a single storey classroom extension with ancillary accommodations and associated site work

The following works; (a) construct an all weather training pitch (30m x 20m) to the north of skills wall granted permission under Planning Ref. No. TA/191769, (b) erect 2.4m high perimeter wire fence with additional 2.5m high netting installed above wire fencing to the eastern, northern and western boundaries of the new pitch, (4.9m high in total) (c) associated 12m high floodlighting (d) together with all associated site works

The development will consist of the following works; a) Removal of part of existing unsafe roadside boundary and replace it with an earthen bank and timber post and rail fencing. b) Proposed hurling wall, c) Form a public amenity/bio-diversity walk with associated public lighting. d) Replace existing pitch side fencing with new 1.2m high fencing. e) Remove existing dug out and the provision of 2 No. new dugouts along existing pitch. f) And all associated site works

Reduction of as existing public open space for the purposes of change of use from public open space to private open space and all ancillary works. Significant further information/revised plans submitted on this application

Development being retained consists of conversion of attic space to dormer area for habitable purposes to include velux roof lights, 2 no. dormer windows to rear, modifications to elevations and internal plan layout. The development also includes retention permission for domestic store shed at rear incorporating home gym and domestic workshop / storage area together with all associated site works. The development will consist of the construction of a new agricultural entrance and the closing up of the existing agricultural entrance and all associated site works
