Permission for retention of educate use and planning permission for change of use for additional areas at existing school premises at Trim Educate Together National School, The Maudlins, Trim, Co. MEATH. The development will consist of permission for retention of education use of 1405 sq.m and planning permission for proposed change of use from community and social center to education use including internal modifications of 268 sq.m. Proposed works include new soft play external play areas, security fencing and all associated site works all on existing Trim Educate Together National School site of 0.4088 hectares

The development being retained consists of bicycle store/domestic shed to front/side of existing dwelling.
