Site planning risk brief

1) To reposition the proposed extension to the east (Phase 2) at a distance of 3.75m further eastwards, (2) To revise the layout of the building to provide 37 no. beds in 25 no. single rooms and 6 no. twin rooms together with ancillary areas, use of part of the attic as storage, with an increase in floor area of 535 m2 at ground floor level and 234 m2 at first floor level and with consequent changes to elevations, in lieu of 2 no. 10 bed units in the development approved under Planning Ref. 13/184, and(3) to provide additional car parking and all associated site development works in lieu of PERMISSION to (1) to reposition the proposed extension to the East (Phase 2) at a distance of 3.75m further eastwards, (2) to revise the layout of the building to provide 31 no. beds in 19 no. single rooms and 6 no. twin rooms together with ancillary areas, with an increase in floor area of 175m2 and with consequent changes to elevations, in lieu of 2 no. 10 bed units in the development approved under Planning Rf. 13/184 and (3) to provide additional car parking and all associated site development works

For retention and completion of (1) enlarged Laundry/Boiler building with additional Store, (2) for 3 no. additional Velux roof windows to rear and (3) for relocation of rooflight over Sitting Area as modifications to the development approved under Planning Ref. P.13/184

(1) extension to the rear to provide 35 no. en-suite bedrooms and ancillary accommodation, (2) for a storage area in the roof space of part of the building (3) for a storage and workshop building and a refuse storage building (4) for retention of a storage container and a staff amenity shelter (5) for all associated site development works

(1). To convert an existing outbuilding (which is not a listed building) into 2 no. 1 bedroom short term tourism accommodation units. The building is contained within the curtilage of the listed building ref 30914002. (2). To connect to all public services and all ancillary works.
