Permission for development which consists of; planning permission is sought by the Atlantic Technological University for development on a site extending to 0.7354 hectares located on the Dublin Road (R338) at the Atlantic Technological University Galway Campus, Murrough, Dublin Road, Galway. The proposed development will consist of the following: 1. The construction of a 2-storey multi-functional sports building extending to approximately 2866 sqm including a multi-purpose sports hall, changing rooms, a gym, multi-purpose room, meeting room, seating area and coffee dock. 2. The provision of a temporary pedestrian crossing on the Dublin Road (R338). 3. The provision of bicycle parking, car parking, ESB substation, site landscaping, signage and all associated site works and ancillary services necessary to facilitate the proposed development.

E.O.D on 12/202: Permission for development. The development will consist of a 2-storey multi-functional sports building, car parking, ESB Substation, signage, landscaping and all associated site development works and services. Vehicular access to the development will be via the existing access road off Ballyloughane Road. The proposed development also includes new and improved pedestrian and bus stop facilities on Dublin Road, to include bus set down, bus shelters and pedestrian crossing.

Permission for development which will consist of; to construct an extension to the rear roof of existing dwelling house together with all ancillary site services on lands

Permission for development which will consist of an extension and minor alterations to the existing Galway - Mayo Institute of Technology IHub Building. Alterations to the existing IHub building will consist of elevational amendments to the south elevation, internal modifications of the existing boardroom, reception area and staff room. The proposed extension will comprise a three storey industrial support building with a total internal floor area of 1318 sq.m providing various sized office and work spaces, meeting rooms, multipurpose space, internal break out spaces, coffee dock, ancillary facilities, solar panels at roof level, amendments to existing car parking and landscaping, provision of new car parking, drainage, attenuation, landscaping, external lighting and all associated site works
