Construct an extension to dwelling house, necessary renovations to same house, permission to demolish previous built extension to the rear of dwelling, permission to demolish existing domestic shed, the said demolition works to facilitate the proposed extension and associated site works

Retain conversion of garage to living room/bedroom, retention of front porch and retention of Detached Garage.
