For development which will consist/consists of modifications to the fixed plant and associated infrastructure used withing the existing waste metal recycling facility permitted and operating under permission reference 15/1240, 14/1055 and 97/3155 and specifically: (1) Retention permission for; (a) relocation of "pre-shredder" unit permitted under planning ref: 14/1055, (b) construction of a roofed structure to accommodate the relocation of the "cooling fans" permitted under planning ref: 14/1055; (c) increased area of the acoustic screen barrier from that permitted under planning ref: 14/1055; (d) extension to the existing "weighbridge" building to provide for a new electrical switchroom/substation;; and (2) Planning permission for: repositioning of existing diesel tank and bunded area permitted under planning ref: 14/1055.
