A one and a half storey "granny flat" extension to our home measuring 138sq.m total area (79sq.m ground floor area and 59sq.m first floor area) comprising kitchen/dining, living room and bathroom at ground floor level with internal connecting door to existing house and separate external entrance door and 2 no. bedrooms and ensuite at first floor level with rear west facing balcony and connections into existing on site waste water treatment system together with all associated site works

For the infill of existing agricultural lands with inert soil and stones (EU Waste Class 17 05 04) together with all associated site development works

The following works to existing dwelling:- the de-commissioning of existing septic tank and percolation area, together with the construction, installation and relocation of a new waste water treatment system and percolation area to serve existing dwelling house, all located within new revised site boundary, together with all ancillary and associated site works

Change of house type from that as previously granted under planning permission reference no. 19/479 to a new single storey dwelling house, a new single storey carport and store area, new wasted water treatment system and percolation area together with all ancillary and associated site works
