1. convert a section of the existing underground carpark to a commercial robotics centre/training facility. 2. To construct a glazed roof above an existing external walkway approved by the Planning Authority pursuant to planning register ref. no. P17-6 & 19-71.

The following works: (a) Vehicular access to permit two way traffic movements and access road from Church Lane to serve car-park and civic space; (b)Alterations to layout of car-park, civic space and landscaped areas, the number of car parking spaces remains unchanged from that permitted. (c) Provision of vehicular access to rear to property on Main Street from access road. (d) Alterations to approved vehicular accesses to rear of properties on Main Street from access road. (e) relocation of bin storage area from that permitted; (f) Retention of roadside boundary wall/railing along Church Lane; (g) All deviations from the permitted layout and planning permission approved by the Planning Authority pursuant to planning register ref. no. P17/6. Full planning permission to erect car park access control barriers at the vehicle entrance for which planning permission is being sought to retain and at the access to the underground car-park and the ramped access which serves the residential component of the development

Install an underground Rainwater Harvesting Tank and to carry out all ancillary site works

Will consist of the removal of an existing 15 metres telecommunications support structure (overall height 16.5 metres) together with telecommunications equipment on it and replacement with a new 20 metres telecommunications support structure (over all height 21.5 metres) carrying antennas, dishes, associated equipment, together with ground equipment cabinets and new fencing for wireless data and broadband services

In Lieu of (a) refurbishment works to facilitate a change of use of the existing Sexton House from a dwelling to a Community Hall - called Sexton Hall, (b) a new single storey extension approx. 80sqm to the rear of the existing Sexton House to serve as a new Community Hal with all associated alterations and site works at Manorhamilton Church of Ireland, Church Lane, Manorhamilton, Co Leitrim.
