Permission to erect a dwelling with services and domestic garage and all associated site and ancillary works

To construct 2 no. extensions to existing agricultural buildings comprising of 1) a 147.8 sq.m extension to an existing animal housing shed to accommodate straw storage. The extension will have a maximum height of 5.7m 2) a 178.8 sq.m extension to an existing milking parlour to accommodate covered cattle handling facilities. The extension will have a maximum height of 5.5m and will include a sealed underground slurry storage tank. The proposed works will include the relocation of an existing vehicular entrance, the construction of surface water soakpits and all other ancillary site works at the existing farmyard

To construct a slatted cubicle shed with robotic milking parlour and dairy, concrete aprons, and all associated site works in my farmyard

Permission for the installation of a photo voltaic panel array on the roof of an existing agricultural building to produce 25kW of electricity and associated site works

New entrance location and car-parking layout to grounds adjacent public road, erection of flood lighting to existing playing pitch, construction of walking track to perimeter of existing playing pitch, including low level lighting for walking track, construction of sheltered/covered access for supporters adjacent existing playing pitch, installation of Solar PV panel array on roof area of existing clubhouse building and all ancillary site works.

The construction of new wastewater infrastructure at the existing Kildavin WwTP and connection to a new outfall to the River Slaney. This will comprise the construction of a new below ground pumping station (17m2) sludge tank (total storage 36m3), storm tank (total storage 154m³) and associated treatment infrastructure; construction of a new welfare facility (33m2); demolition of the existing welfare facility and below ground sludge holding tank; and ancillary landscaping and boundary works at the existing Kildavin WwTP; the construction of new rising main and gravity main (1.4km) from the WwTP along the local roads, the verges/hard shoulders of the R724 and L2027 and agricultural land to a proposed outfall point and new concrete headwall at the River Slaney in Kildavin townland; and all ancillary and associated temporary works to facilitate the development at the construction stage. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
