Erect a two storey dwelling with attached domestic garage, treatment plant, percolation area and all associated site works

Permission for the erection of a new single storey extension to the side of the existing single storey dwelling house, alterations to the existing front porch and ancillary site works

Permission to demolish derelict mushrooms buildings and sheds and to construct a single storey dwelling house, domestic garage, form new entrance onto public roadway, install proprietary mechanical wastewater treatment system and all associated site development works
