Construct 8no. wind turbines of hub height 70m and rotor diameter 71m, with an overall height not exceeding 106m, 1no. Switch room and control facility with associated equipment and compound enclosed by a 2.4m high palisade fence, 1no. permanent anemometer mast 70m in height and all associated site works including foundations, crane hardstanding, underground cabling, construction of new 4no. site entrances and the construction of new internal site access tracks. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)

Consist of minor amendments to the approved Old Mill Wind Farm (Monaghan Reg.Ref.10/485). Turbine T5 will be removed from the scheme and the maximum tip height of the remaining 6 no. approved turbines will be increased to 130m. All other elements of the approved development will remain unchanged

Permission to retain and complete existing dwelling including raised ridge line, stone facing to front elevation and window fenestrations together with entrance walls/piers. Permission for single storey extensions to the front and side of the existing dwelling, a new detached single storey garage, new 2-metre-high privacy fencing together with all ancillary and associated site works

Permission for the renovation and extension to existing cottage, relocation of existing entrance with new entrance gates and piers, complete the raised percolation area, install new treatment plant with all ancillary and associated site works
