Site planning risk brief

To (A) Retain existing underground slatted slurry holding tank, (B) construct an agricultural shed over the existing slatted tank and construct adjoining storage shed, and (C) to construct a machinery shed and all associated works

To construct a dormer type dwelling with a sewerage treatment unit, percolation area, erect new entrance walls and piers and all associated site works

For RETENTION of ‘as-built’ two-storey extension to side of existing dwelling house. Planning PERMISSION is also sought to renovate & carry out further extensions & alterations to the existing dwelling, comprising of the following, (1) Demolition and reconstruction of the front porch, (2) Construct new two-storey extensions to the front & rear of the dwelling, (3) To re-form the first floor level windows and other minor alterations to elevations, and (4) to upgrade existing septic tank to new mechanical wastewater treatment unit & percolation area. Together with all associated site development works

To construct 1 no. new bell-mouth type entrance onto public road to facilitate access to existing forestry plantation and all associated site development works

To demolish existing slatted shed and haybarn and replace with a new slatted shed with underground storage tanks/dry shed and all ancillary site works
