Site planning risk brief

To (1) construct agricultural slatted shed to incorporate milking parlour area, dairy, ancillary storage, bedded area, slatted areas, cubicle accommodation, feed and link passages and underground slurry storage tanks, (2) complete all ancillary site works and associated site structures, significant further information has been received

For the demolition of existing single storey dwelling on the site and construction of 1 no. fully serviced single storey dwelling (partially on existing dwelling footprint) with roof-lights, solar/pv panels, new biocycle unit and percolation area, connection to group water scheme, new entrance walls and piers to the two existing site entrances and all associated ancillary site works

To construct single storey flat roof side extension to the existing single storey with attic conversion dwelling

For development consisting of - to demolish 3 no. existing mushroom houses and associated concrete pods and permission is sought to construct (1) agricultural slatted shed/agricultural storage shed to incorporate slatted area, underground slurry storage tank, bedded area and hay and machinery storage area, (2) and complete all ancillary and associated site works

For alterations to floor plans & elevational changes from that previously approved under application- Planning Ref. No. 17/210 and all ancillary site works

Rehabilitation and improvement of a 4km stretch of the Pound River, works will include removal of some in-stream vegetation, repair and reinstatement of existing in-stream structures, improvement and alteration of flow dynamics by the construction of deflectors and weirs, reinforcement of the river bank in some locations and the introduction of spawning gravel to improve breeding habitats for trout. Appropriate assessment and NIS has been submitted as part of this application
