Hostel accommodation in existing building to include: material alteration to the ground floor to provide access to higher floors, including lift; material alteration to first floor; development of a second floor within the existing structure; changes to façade on Southern Station Road to include additional windows, revised elevational treatment and signage; changes to façade on Ballymahon Road to include additional windows and revised elevational treatment; addition of external escape stairs on northern side elevation and all associated site works
