(a) replacement of existing silage pit with a slatted shed which will consist of slatted area with slurry holding tank underneath and cubicles. (b) Also construction of a silage pit with retaining walls and all associated site works

Construct a) a 3-bedroom bungalow type dwelling b) domestic garage, c) domestic septic tank and percolation area, d)connection to public water main, e) entrance onto public road and all ancillary site works

Retention permission for a conservatory at the rear of my dwellinghouse and to retain two sheds to the rear of the site

Refurbishment and extension of existing clubhouse/changing facilities to create new meeting/club room, new gym area and new multipurpose community space and requisite changing rooms, involving: a) the removal of existing roof to stand and clubhouse, b) construction of new stand and infill extension with a single unifying roof to entire facility and all other ancillary works associated with same, landscaping and boundary treatment works including revised layout to existing parking area and the provision of a new courtyard area to south of the building, all associated external site works, drainage works and all other ancillary works associated with this development including the decommissioning of an existing septic tank and provision of an on-site foul sewer pumping station with new pumped connection to existing public foul water sewer

To demolish existing viewing stand/building, renovate and upgrade existing dressing rooms and construct a new community gym, viewing stand and clubhouse and to decommission existing septic tank. We also propose to pump foul water to existing foul sewer manhole on public road and to connect to all other services. Retention permission is also sought for 19 no. walking track lights as built and all associated site works.
