To retain and complete the following: 1) Retain the raised roof and first floor, 2) Retain the new front extension and additional windows to the south gable, 3) Proposed internal layout changes on the ground floor, 4) Remove the first floor balcony on the south elevation, 5) Remove the corbel details on the front elevation, 6) Replacement of windows and door on the front extension, 7) Replace window installed on the south gable, 8) Lime render the unfinished walls externally, 9) Proposed wastewater treatment system and, 10) All ancillary site works. The building is within the curtilage of Protected Structures 289 and 290 as registered on the Sligo County Council list of protected structures
