Permission to, demolish 2 no. poultry houses, and, to construct 3 no. poultry houses, 2 No. general purpose storage sheds, and 1 No. office together with all ancillary structures (to include meal bins and soiled water tanks) and site works associated with the above development (in lieu of similar developments previously approved under planning ref: 19/55 & 20/178 which have not yet been completed) on an existing poultry farm

Permission to demolish 2 no. poultry houses and to construct 3 no. poultry houses, 1 No. general purpose storage shed, and 1 No. office together with all ancillary structures (to include meal bins and soiled water tanks) and site works (to include upgraded site entrance) associated with the development on an existing poultry farm. This application relates to a development, which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a Licence under part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency (Licensing) Regulations 1994 to 2013. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) will be submitted with this planning application. The planning application and Environmental Impact Assessment Report may be inspected/purchased.

Permission for a dormer dwelling, double garage, new domestic entrance, waste water treatment, system, domestic garage and associated siteworks and services

Permission for development consisting of erection of a two storey dwelling house and domestic garage, insert a filter unit and percolation area, exit on to public road with new entrance and all associated works

Permission to construct a two storey dwelling house & detached domestic garage, Install new mechanical effluent treatment system, mounded soil polishing filter, construct new domestic entrance together with all ancillary site works.
