Permission for development consisting of extension to external storage/stacking area of de-polluted end of life vehicles and extension to side of existing car parts storage shed as well as relocation of existing site entrance and all associated site works at, Sra, Ballybay, Co Monaghan.

Permission to develop designated area on site for the storage/stacking of de-polluted end of life vehicles and remove condition number 2 of An Bord Pleanala ref. no. PL18.242814 relating to an on-site storage area for end of life depolluted vehicles, install a mobile car baler and weighbridge, change of use of previously approved store to facilitate sorting/segregating parts for end of life vehicles, reduce the number of car-parking spaces previously approved on site, and use existing entrance onto public roadway, together with all ancillary site works.

Permission to (a) construct a single storey sunroom extension to existing dwelling house, (with existing sunroom extension to be demolished & replaced) &; (b) construct a detached domestic garage, incorporating mezzanine storage area, along with other associated ancillary site works

Permission to construct a two storey extension to side and front of existing two storey detached dwelling, alterations to internal layout and elevations of existing dwelling, demolish existing rear extension and outbuildings, construct detached domestic garage, new waste water treatment system, percolation area, landscaping, boundaries and all associated site works
