To construct a granny flat to the rear of an existing dwelling house along with ancillary works

Of an extension to the side of an existing garage/shed along with alterations to the garage/shed, the removal of a site entrance and the construction of a car port and extension to the rear of an existing dwelling along with ancillary works

To convert 2 existing cottages and part of a third cottage into a) 1 no. 2 bedroom apartment and to change door to window on front elevation along with a change of use of the remainder of the third cottage and a fourth cottage for use as a community co-op shop/store along with ancillary works

For: (1) the change of use from residential townhouse as granted permission under Plan Ref. No 24/178 to a wobbler / toddler room, sleep room, two toilets and store on the ground floor. At the first floor an after school, two toilets and storage; (2) new toilets at both levels to be connected to wastewater treatment system granted under Planning Ref. No. 24/178. (3) to demolish existing store adjoining existing creche to the east; and (4) all ancillary site works

For the renovation, alteration and extension of a former public house and the change of use to include both a pre-school, before and after school education and care centre in one part of the buidling, and the renovation and alteration to incorporate a domestic residential townhouse in the remaining part of the former public house. PERMISSION is also sought for a new outdoor play area, staff car parking area, a drop off and set down area, car park for the domestic dwelling, on-site wastewater treatment system and polishing filter and all ancillary site works
