Carry out development at Shalom World (formerly known as Rosetta Nursing Home), Dublin Road, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. R32 RV10. Works are to protected structure No.’s RPS 188A & in the curtilage of RPS 188B. The development will consist of 1. Permission for change of use from Nursing Home to part office use and domestic dwelling house, 2. change name on front entrance pier from Rosetta to Shalom World 3. Erect new signage

Refurbish an existing house to include extensions to the front and side, reconfiguration of external windows and doors, placing of external insulation on the perimeter of house, internal reconfiguration of rooms, rear covered carport & walkway connected to an existing garage, and a new external stairs access with associated rear garden gate to the adjacent Parish Centre and all ancillary site works

Retain extension and porch as constructed to side and front of dwellinghouse and variations to facades from that granted permission under file ref. no. 548/89 and all associated site works

Construct a single storey place of worship with external signage and car parking and connection to existing services and all ancillary site works, within the curtilage of protected structure IBS House

Construct a two storey extension to the rear of existing building to extend dental facilities on the site including minor internal layout alterations and all associated and necessary site works at Dublin Road, Borris Little, Porlaoise, Co Laois R32 H5PW

Extend time on planning permission 15/149
