Elevational modifications to existing house comprising alterations to window openings to front elevation, conversion of existing garage, new patio area to front, new canopy to front door and enlargement of existing flat roof dormer

To demolish existing Side Garage/Rear Conservatory/Rear Kitchen/Front Porch and build Dormer Extensions to the rear and side of existing Residence and for development of the existing Attic floor area to habitable rooms and alterations to existing residence and to widen existing vehicular entrance for off Street 2 no. To, a). develop/upgrade existing facilities to a mini Tennis/padel Tennis court with permeable surfaces within a transparent enclosure including integrated lighting, b). develop single and two-storey extensions to gables of clubhouse to include external staircase, c). refurbish and alter existing clubhouse elevations, d). reconfigure internal layout of clubhouse, e). construct practice wall at court 8, f). realign and improve fencing at courts 8 & 9 including providing equipment store, g). demolish shed at south eastern corner of court 1, h). demolish stairs and gates at court 8 and 9 and replace with new stairs and passage/viewing area between courts 8 and 9 for accessible access i). develop landscaping and all associated works
