Site planning risk brief

For construction of a tourist campsite comprising (a) vehicular access from existing public road; (b) parking area for cars and camper vans; (c) pathways leading to tent, yurt and log cabin grassed camping area; (d) a single storey check in cabin building; (e) a single storey winter storage building for yurts and tents; (f) a single storey building incorporating toilets, showers and laundry facilities; (g) stables and sand arena; (h) all weather pitch & playground area; (I) install waste water treatment system and percolation area; (j) and all other ancillary works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

To: (a) construct a detached single storey building to provide staff accommodation for the adjoining nursing home, (b) install new wastewater treatment system and percolation area to service the proposed building, (c) provide additional car parking facilities to service the proposed building (d) together with all associated site works

To construct a two storey (187m2) extension to the north west facing wing of the existing nursing home building, comprising of 6 no. bedrooms with 6 no. en-suites, together with all associated site works

Of alterations to an existing dwelling (planning ref. no. 05/226). Revisions for which retention is sought include (a) a single-story extension of 30.8 sq m to the side of the dwelling, (b) revised roof plan to the side of the dwelling over the previously approved side extension (planning ref. no. 05/226), and (c) covered area to the side of the existing garage

To (1) retain and complete site entrance (2) retain amendments to elevations of existing domestic garage (3) retain existing retaining stone wall and full planning PERMISSION is sought to construct (1) a two storey extension to rear and one storey extension to west side of existing two storey house (2) to enlarge one storey east side part of existing house (3) to demolish existing porch on the front and place enlarged arch door (4) to decommission existing septic tank and (5) construct proprietary wastewater unit (6) raised walls and roof of one of existing shed in ruin and all ancillary site works

To (a) construct a part two storey/part single storey (with garage underneath) style dwelling, (b) construct partial new boundary (c) install propriety sewage treatment unit and percolation area (d) form new entrance from public road, (e) retain existing agricultural entrance, (f) together with all associated site works
