Construction of 15 No. houses, consisting of 8 No. detached four-bedroom storey-and-a-half type houses, 6 No. semi-detached two-bedroom bungalows, 1 No. detached five-bedroom bungalow and completion of the roads and services at Aigean Croith Development (as previously granted under Planning Permission Ref: PL.04/1667) on our site at Duncarbry Townland, Tullaghan

Retain 1. an attached garage and storage shed. 2 A utility room pantry and W.C. including roof alterations and 3. An additional vehicular entrance/exit

(1).Change of use of an existing dwelling house to Bed & Breakfast /Guest Accommodation use. (2).Provision of additional car parking spaces to the rear of the building and all associated site development works.

(1) Change of use of an existing garage from storage to accommodation ancillary to the use of the adjoining house, (2) Alterations, elevational changes, and refurbishment works to the garage building to convert it into a two-bedroom unit with en-suites and all associated site development works.

Retain (a) the installation of double-leafed glazed patio type door on rear wall of house; (b) installation of an external chimney on gable wall of house; (c) installation of an external central heating boiler unit with stone wall surround; (d) installation of an external oil storage tank with stone wall surround and (e) all pipe work associated with boiler unit and oil tank and associated site works
