A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared in respect of this application

For the construction of a new access road on to the Ballycallan Road (R695) to serve the Castle Blunden Estate. The existing substandard access road on to the Ballycallan Road (R695) is to be decommissioned. Works to include a new bellmouth entrance and all other ancillary site works, at the above address.
