A Natura Impact Assessment (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority in connection with the application described above. This development is covered by the provisions of the Renewable Energy Directive III (Directive (EU) 2023/2413). Permission to construct an MV electricity supply sub station together with all ancillary site works on their site

Permission to construct 2 no. attached agricultural buildings over existing hardened area previously used as a silage base, use existing agricultural entrance together with all ancillary site works

Permission to demolish existing derelict two storey dwellinghouse and ancillary outbuildings and construct a new replacement two storey dwellinghouse and detached domestic garage, install new mechanical effluent treatment system, new mounded percolation area, develop existing domestic entrance together with all ancillary site works

Permission to construct 2 new poultry units together with underground washings tanks, vertical meal bins, use existing agricultural entrance and all ancillary site works within existing farmyard complex. This application relates to a development, which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a Licence under part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Acts 1994 to 2013. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (E.I.A.R.) will be submitted with this planning application. Significant further information relates to a revised EIAR and additional technical information. The location of the existing entrance and an ancillary plant room are now to be retained.
