1. The demolition of 1152.9 sq.m temporary educational facility consisting of prefabricated single storey buildings, comprising of 14 classrooms, 1 staff room, administration offices, toilet blocks, vehicular and pedestrian access gates, signage, car park, footpath and astro turf pitch. 2. The demolition of 77sq.m of a temporary creche facility comprising of prefabricated single storey building with outdoor play area. 3. The construction of a new standalone 5,573sq.m post primary school. Accommodation provides for 2 classroom special education needs unit with all associated facilities, 12 general classrooms, 1 multimedia room, 1 music room, 1 textile room, 1 design room, I graphics room, 2 science laboratories with associated preparation room, 1 engineering room, 1 construction studies with associated preparation room, 1 art room with associated project store, 1 home economics room, 1 library, 1 general purpose hall, 1 staff room, 1 kitchenette, 3 SET Rooms, 7 administrative rooms, 1 multi use hall and associated PE store, 1 fitness suite, 2 changing rooms, ancillary accommodation and circulation. 4. Realignment of roadside boundary, reconfiguration of existing entrance egress, construction of a new pedestrian path, cycle path, new entrance access road, front boundary wall with signage, 2 No. gates, a public drop-off area and 1 no bus stop. 5. Construction of a new internal carriageway, car park with 48 no. car park spaces, parent drop off area, 70 no. cycle space, 4 No bus drop off, 2 No special education needs unit drop off and new signage above the main building entrance. 6. The installation of 1 no. prefabricated temporary structure consisting of 2 no. classrooms, 2 no. toilets and circulation space together with all associated site works

Retention permission and planning permission at a 2.22 hectare site, retention permission is sought for 2 no. prefabricated units (these 2 no. units form part of the overall 12 no. units on site which were permitted under Reg. Ref: 16/642) for use as part of the existing school, of which 11 no. units were constructed on site. The 2 no. units are replacements for 2 no. units previously permitted under Reg. Ref. 16/642 following irreparable storm damage to the original 2 no. units. Retention permission is also sought, for a temporary period of 5 years, for prefabricated unit no. 13 to the north east of the site entrance, for use as a school classroom. Permission is sought for temporary permission for a period of five years for the extension of the permission previously granted under Reg. Ref. 16/642 for prefabricated single storey buildings comprising of 12 no. classrooms and associated toilet blocks, locker room and store rooms, administration office, staff room and reception, translucent canopy and extension to the existing canopy over existing units nos. 3, 4, 5, 11 and proposed unit no. 12 and all existing associated site works, including site entrance, realigned roadside boundary, new footpath from the entrance gate to the school buildings, foul pumping station, storm attenuation system, car parking, fencing, connections to existing services and all associated and ancillary works.

For the construction of a new single storey extension consisting of 2 no. classrooms, 6. no resource rooms, 1. no. Assisted User WC and adjoining link corridor all located to the north side of the existing School, with roof mounted PV panels together with all associated drainage and external hardstand site works, the construction of a new carparking area located to the front (east) side of the existing school, together with all ancillary and associated site works

For the following works to existing school, the construction of a new single storey extension consisting of 2 no. resource rooms with adjoining link corridor all located to the south and east side of the existing School with roof mounted PV panels together with all associated drainage, together with all ancillary and associated site works

Development consisting of; - widening of existing site entrance which includes removal of the existing gate, wall and gate pier, removal of existing evergreen trees and perimeter fence, - widening of existing entrance road, new concrete footpath, new tactile paving, - proposed perimeter paladin fence - proposed pedestrian gate, railings, concete steps, landing and bollards, - proposed sliding gate system, - proposed rendered blockwork wall, pier, capping and signage, - relocation of existing flag pole, - partial relocation of previously granted walking track, - proposed pedestrian crossing, line markings, and all associated site works
